Serious Subjects was created to provide a place for information and discussion about serious issues in children's literature.
Creator
Angela Cerrito writes about serious subjects. Her debut novel THE END OF THE LINE is forthcoming from Holiday House in 2011.
Angela is the Assistant International Advisor for SCBWI, a recipient of the Kimberly Colen Memorial Grant and a co-organizer of SCBWI events at the Bologna Book Fair in Bologna Italy.

Serious Subjects is a website that maintains a database and discussion of children’s literature.
Children (and adults) are never required to create account, provide a password, physical address or phone number.
Children (and adults) may elect to provide information in the form of blog comments, contact forms and other website and blog features. This participation is voluntary. Children (and adults) are never required to provide their real name and may opt to use a nickname instead.
Serious Subjects complies with COPPA and requires parent permission before information provided by children under 13 is posted. Parents may revoke the consent to post information at any time and all content provided by their child or children will be removed at their request. Information on Serious Subjects can be viewed by the public. Serious Subjects does not share information with third parties.
